| Welcome to spring!Bryan and I returned from Florida this Friday, and we are eager to share with you the updates on our availability and the best way to order your product this spring. The foliage industry is facing challenges for Spring 2021. Much like other industries, high demand and a lack of labor are big issues for Florida nurseries. For the most part, green tropical foliage is what is in short supply. That is why we have removed most of this product from our Spring Availability website. You can purchase items such as Sanseviera, Pothos etc. from our In House weekly availability web site.Note to Interiorscapers pleaseremain flexible with substitutions as we see this issuecontinuing to be a problem for the next year. In addition: due to these changes in our industry, our Spring suppliers are asking us to place orders further in advance. Our new order deadlines forthe Spring season are: Spring Availability For orders delivering to you Monday – Wednesday, orders must be received byMonday noonthe week prior to delivery. For orders delivering to you Thursday-Saturday, orders must be received byThursday noonthe week prior to delivery. In House Availability Orders can be placed from this availability up to the day prior to your ship date To place an order for Spring plantsall orders must be placed on our Spring Availability website,spring.tristatefoliage.com. You can only pre order 2 weeks in advance. We are unable to process pre orders that are farther than 2 weeks out, because nurseries cannot tell us that far in advance if something will be available or ready to ship. If a plant you are interested in is not available today, please continue to check as we will update our site weekly. As for those who have placed Spring orders from the first of the year: we understand that it is frustrating you may not receive all the product you ordered, however we will be processing these orders on two week basis as well.
